USAID/Ethiopia invites comments & suggestions on a draft Program Description for the implementation of the USAID/Ethiopia�s Pastoralists Resiliency Improvement and Market Expansion (PRIME) program.PRIME program will improve resiliency & adaptive capacity of pastoral communities to climate change through market expansion. PRIME will be implemented in selected pastoral and agro-pastoral districts (Woredas) of Somali, Afar and Oromia Regions of Ethiopia.This is a request for comments & suggestions and not a Request for Application (RFA)
