? 1. May an Implementing Partner submit a seasonal work plan? In the event that the area designated in the RFP might require seasonal relocation, please provide a proposed work plan and methodology to accommodate this seasonal shift. The attached Hazard List is approved by MACCA/MAPA for Implementing Partners who intend to bid on one or more of the seven (7) Competitive PM/WRA Projects for FY13 to assist with the selection of suitable winter locations.
Note:
1. The contingency/winter hazard list is to be used if relocation of teams is necessary due to changes in climatic conditions within the project area.
2. Selected hazards may at any time during the period of performance (POP) be changed with direct consultation with MACCA and PM/WRA.
