This RA solicits ground-breaking single-investigator proposals from junior faculty at universities and their equivalent at non-profit research institutions for research and development in the specific areas of Science, Mathematics and Engineering of interest to DARPA’s Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) and Defense Sciences Office (DSO).
