More specifically, this project will directly address the deficit of effective and accountable governance at the BiH State and Federation Entity (Federation BiH) level, while also supporting increased citizen participation in governance systems and processes. This project will support the goals and objectives of the Governing Justly and Democratically Area of the Foreign Assistance Framework, and, more specifically, the Legislative Function and Process Program Element of the Foreign Assistance Framework.
