Description
The Department of State?s Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) competitive process for fiscal year 2013/2014 for the conventional weapons destruction (CWD) program. The PM/WRA Office invites applicants to submit Proposals which meet the technical requirements as stated below. A panel for consideration of funding will review all Proposals submitted. This announcement initiates the first stage and the Office is now requesting applicants to submit a Full Proposal with attachments as detailed below and as described in this solicitation. All Proposals must be submitted via www.grantsolutions.gov OR www.grants.gov by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday, February 22, 2013.
