The primary purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to solicit projects that develop and validate technologies to enhance the monitoring, verification, and accounting (MVA) of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) injected underground for the purpose of long-term geologic storage and/or for enhanced recovery of oil and gas reserves.
