Description
The purpose of this notice is to request proposals for special projects associated with the National Sea Grant College Program (Sea Grant) strategic focus areas, and to provide the general public with information and guidelines on how Sea Grant will select proposals and administer Federal assistance under this announcement. This announcement is a mechanism to encourage research or other projects that are not normally funded through Sea Grant national competitions.
This opportunity is open only to Sea Grant Programs. Section III. describes eligibility requirements in more detail.
No funding has been dedicated to supporting applications submitted to this Federal Funding Opportunity, but funding may become available during the year. Section II.A. below describes how it will be announced whether funding if available, whether that funding requires matching funds or other restrictions, and other funding details.
