Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) have been collaborating with the National Wildlife Refuge Association to provide ecological planning, strategic planning, and community outreach support to advance the objectives of the Refuge System in the Gulf Coast region. The substantial involvement of the Service will be to provide data and relevant science and planning information, planning and convening meetings, developing materials, setting timelines to implement the Scope of Work, overseeing, reviewing, and approving progress toward completion of its activities.
