OJJDP invites applications from nonprofit organizations (including faith-based, community, and tribal organizations), for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education) with demonstrated expertise in assisting communities develop, maintain, and enhance juvenile drug courts. For-profit organizations must agree to waive any profit or fee for services.

Description
This program supports training and technical assistance (TTA) for states, state and local courts, units of local government, and Indian tribal governments to build their capacity to develop, maintain, and enhance juvenile drug courts for substance-abusing youth. OJJDP is seeking a provider to deliver TTA to juvenile drug courts in best treatment practices for adolescents and court operations, based on the Sixteen Strategies of Effective Juvenile Drug Courts (hereafter referred to as the Strategies). The program is authorized by 42 USC Section 3797u-8.
