The U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section in New Delhi is soliciting proposals for cooperative agreements that fall into the area specified in Section II below from non-governmental organizations, and other legally-recognized non-profit institutions that meet U.S. and/or Indian technical and legal requirements to develop and implement educational and cultural programs as specified in Section II below.
