Wavelength regimes of interest are those consistent with remote sensing and communications for Air Force applications. It is also anticipated that the successful bidder will have significant experience in education of students in technical areas of interest. The successful bidder will also demonstrate a willingness to make results of research available to the technical community at large through activities such as frequent workshops, publications and presentations at conferences.
