The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting proposals for federal financial assistance to develop and implement a strategy for increased public participation in the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
