The principal feature of the work is to invite Indian Tribes, irrigation districts, water districts and other organizations with water or power delivery authority to leverage their money and resources by cost sharing with Reclamation on urban and agricultural projects that improve ecosystem health, water supply reliability or water quality of the California Bay-Delta through water use efficiency and conservation. Period of Performance is a two year period from the date of issuance. R13AF20004 will be posted on the GRANTS.GOV web site, at www.grants.gov, on or about November 14, 2012.
