Manage Applicants

The Manage Applicants page allows you to search through all of the users within your organization. The search results identify basic user information, whether each user has access to the EBiz POC functionality, and their account status. The EBiz POC, an AOR with the MPIN, and the Expanded AOR are the only users who can manage applicant roles and access for the organization.

The actions available to the EBiz POC on the Manage Applicants page are performed on the specific user you select. To select an action, click the Manage Roles link or Manage Workspace Access link in the Actions column for that user. If a user has EBiz POC access, you may revoke their access by clicking the Revoke link in the EBiz POC column.

Managing access to and workspaces refers to the various ways in which users add, remove, or modify access and roles within a workspace. The ability to manage applicants in an organization or a workspace is dependent on the access level and roles of the user. If you are unfamiliar with workspace roles and access, refer to the What Is Workspace? help article before managing applicants.

How to Access the Manage Applicants Page

  1. Click the Manage Applicants link that appears in the left navigation menu on the Applicant Center page.
