The Manage Applicants page allows you to search through all of the users within your organization. The search results identify basic user information and their Grants.gov account status. The EBiz POC and users with the Expanded AOR role are the only users who can manage all applicant roles and access for the organization. Users with the Standard AOR role may also manage roles.
The actions available to the EBiz POC on the Manage Applicants page are performed on the specific user you select. To select an action, click the Manage Roles link in the Actions column for that user.
Managing access to Grants.gov and workspaces refers to the various ways in which users add, remove, or modify access and roles within a workspace. The ability to manage applicants in an organization or a workspace is dependent on the access level and roles of the user. If you are unfamiliar with workspace roles and access, refer to the What Is Workspace? help article before managing applicants.
