Manage Applicants

The Manage Applicants page allows you to search through all of the users within your organization. The search results identify basic user information and their Grants.gov account status. Users with the Expanded AOR role are the only users who can manage all applicant roles and administrative privileges for the organization. Users with the Standard AOR role can manage certain roles.

The actions available are specific to the user performing the action and the user listed on the Manage Applicants page. To select an action, click the Manage Roles link in the Actions column for that user.

Managing access to Grants.gov and workspaces refers to the various ways in which users add, remove, or modify access and roles within a workspace. The ability to manage applicants in an organization or a workspace is dependent on the access level and roles of the user. If you are unfamiliar with workspace roles and access, refer to the What Is Workspace? help article before managing applicants.
