Manage Access to Workspaces for Organization

The Manage Access to Workspaces for Organization page allows the EBiz POC and AOR with MPIN to review the roles and access levels issued to the selected user. There are three main actions available to the EBiz POC from this page:

  1. The EBiz POC may add the selected user to an existing workspace within your organization.
  2. The EBiz POC is able to remove the user from a workspace they are currently a participant of.
  3. The EBiz POC may make this user the Workspace Owner of a workspace if they have the Manage Workspace role.

How to Access the Manage Access to Workspaces for Organization Page

  1. Login in to Grants.gov as the EBiz POC.

  2. Click the Manage Applicants link on the Applicant Center page.

  3. Click the Manage Workspace Access link in the Actions column.

Note: You can only manage workspace access for active applicants.

  1. From the Manage Access to Workspaces for Organization page, perform one of the following actions:
