Manage Roles for Grantors and Certificates

When assigning roles to a user's profile, or to a Grantor certificate, it is important to make sure this person/certificate should have access to the agency data and system functionality authorized by that role. Please review the role definitions carefully before granting role(s).

How to Manage Roles for Users and Certificates

  1. To reassign user roles, click on the Manage Grantors link in the left navigation menu or Grantor tab drop-down menu. To reassign roles for a Grantor certificate, click on the Manage Grantor Certificates link.

  2. Perform a search and select the Manage Roles link in the Actions column. A pop-up window will appear.

  3. Under the Please Specify Role Access section, check the box beside the roles you would like to assign to the user. Uncheck the box beside any roles you want to remove.

  4. When you are done, check the disclaimer box and click the Save button.

  5. To cancel the action, click the Cancel button.
