Reset Password

If you forgot your password or need to unlock your Grants.gov account, the Forgot My Password / Unlock My Account link will direct you to the Reset Password page to help you log in to Grants.gov.

How to Reset Your Password or Unlock Your Account (Applicant and Grantor)

  1. Click the Login link in the upper-right corner of the Grants.gov banner.

  2. Click the Forgot My Password/Unlock My Account link that is located beneath the Username and Password fields.

  3. Enter your username in the Username field and click the Continue button.

  4. Enter the answer to your secret question, then click the Continue button. If you do not know the answer to your secret question, click the Forgot Secret Answer button and password reset instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the Grants.gov account.

  5. Enter your new password and confirm it was entered correctly by re-typing it into the New Password Confirm field.

  6. Click the Submit button to complete the password reset process.

How to Reset Your Password or Unlock Your Account (EBiz POC)

  1. Click the Login link in the upper-right corner of the Grants.gov banner.

  2. Click the Login as EBiz POC button.

  3. Click the Forgot My Password/Unlock My Account link.

  4. Enter your DUNS or DUNS+4 and click the Continue button. An email will be sent with your password reset instructions to the email address associated with the DUNS number.
