Link to Grants.gov Account (PIV/CAC/AMS)

Note: Only grantors are able to login with a PIV/CAC card or AMS credentials. This login feature is not open to applicants.

How to Link a PIV/CAC Card or AMS Credentials to a Grants.gov Account

  1. If you are linking a PIV/CAC card, plug it into your device.

  2. Click the Login link in the top right corner of Grants.gov.

  3. To link a PIV/CAC card, click on the PIV/CAC button on the Login page. Or to link AMS credentials, click the AMS button, and then log into your AMS account.

  4. Enter your username and password when prompted by Grants.gov and click the Submit button.

  5. After your Grants.gov account is linked to your PIV/CAC card or AMS credentials, you will be able to login with the card/credentials.
