Add Participant by Username or Email Address

The Add Participant by Username or Email Address functionality allows you to add any person with a Grants.gov applicant account to your workspace. This allows for collaboration and consulting with people outside of your organization within Workspace.

CAUTION: This functionality allows you to add any person with a Grants.gov applicant account to your workspace. This is NOT limited to only users in your organization. Any user added using this functionality will have access to data contained in the forms they are granted access too. To protect your organization's information, confirm you are adding the correct user prior to giving them access.

How to Add a Participant by Username or Email Address

  1. Click the Add by Username or Email Address button.

  2. Select either Username or Email Address. Then enter the correct email or username into the search field.

  3. Click the Search button.

  4. Confirm that the search results display the correct person you wish to add to your workspace.

  5. Specify which form-level access you will assign to this user using the Form Access radio buttons.

  6. Assign the specific Subform Access, if applicable.

  7. Click the Save button.
