The Manage Access pop-up window allows you to customize which forms a workspace participant may access. The Form Access settings are:
All Forms including Budget: This is the default access setting in Workspace, which grants all participants full access to all of the forms. Participants with All Forms including Budget access may view, lock, and fill out any and all forms in a workspace.
Non-Budget Forms: This access setting allows you to limit a participants access to only those forms identified as non-budget. This prevents these users from viewing or editing budget and financial information contained in budget forms.
Subform(s) Only: This access setting limits the user's access to only subform(s) if the workspace has a parent form with one or more subform(s). Otherwise, this access setting is not available.
Click the Save button to finalize any changes to a users form access.
